A Secure Fortress for Sample Transportation

The Transfer Incubator provides intelligent solutions for sample transportation between operating rooms and laboratories in reproductive centers, fulfilling the environmental requirements necessary for oocytes and embryos during transfer.

Through patient identity verification via the laboratory's full-process quality control or verification system, a "person-object" match is established for patients in the operating room. Utilizing RFID chip triggering or manual selection, the "unique" sample storage container compartment is opened, and the transfer incubator automatically rotates out a standby compartment for sample container placement, thereby ensuring the secure transfer of samples between the operating room and the embryology laboratory. For procedures such as oocyte retri and embryo transfer that require sample transfer between the operating room and the laboratory, this system ensures a safe and controllable handover process, smoother procedural transitions, and nearly constant optimal conditions for the samples.

Despite the primary purpose of the Transfer Incubator is not for long-term gamete or embryo culture, it is designed and quality-controlled according to the same technical requirements as embryo incubators. Each compartment of the Transfer Incubator is independently designed with ultra-high-precision temperature and gas control mechanisms, ensuring stability in gas concentration and temperature within the compartment during use. Accessing or removing containers from any one compartment does not affect the temperature and gas concentration in other compartments.

With a wall-mounted design, the Transfer Incubator does not occupy floor space in the laboratory. Featuring dual openings for both the laboratory and the operating room, it facilitates convenient and safe sample transportation. Each single layer can accommodate 15 containers, and multiple layers can be stacked for installation, meeting the sample transportation needs of various laboratories.

The Transfer Incubator is equipped with a visual touchscreen interface and interactive system, allowing both the operating room and the embryology laboratory to visually monitor the occupancy/availability of container positions, the status of ongoing sample transfers, and specific sample transfer information. It can be operated in conjunction with full-process quality control or verification systems or independently, providing safe and convenient interaction.

Equipped with third-party temperature and gas concentration monitoring devices connected to the laboratory monitoring system, the Transfer Incubator allows for real-time monitoring of equipment operation. Designs that facilitate easy maintenance and replacement of filters, sensors, and other components simplify upkeep. Additionally, emergency mechanisms ensure safe and worry-free use.
